When will my order ship?
Please note shipping timeframes do not include time needed to fulfill your order. Many of our apparel items are printed on demand. Orders may take up to 3-5 business days to be fulfilled and shipped. You can view our shipping policies here.

What is the return policy?
You are welcome to return unwashed, unworn items within 30 days for a refund. Items not eligible for return are sale items marked as "Final Sale" (ending in $.97), washed/worn merchandise, hats, drinkware, and "Mystery" promotional items. Your refund to the payment method used will be processed when we receive the returned package at our facility and you will receive a notification to confirm the refund. Returns for E-Bikes and chairs must be approved prior to returning. Once your items are inspected and approved for return by our team, your refund will typically appear within 3-5 business days on your credit card. We do request up to 10 business days from receipt of your return package to process your items and issue your refund.

Can I make an exchange?
At this time, we are not offering exchanges, but ask that you return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item(s) you need. How much is shipping?
Shipping rates for items from the shop will vary by service type and weight/size of order. Refer to the checkout page for accurate shipping and handling amounts. Orders of $100 or more shipping in the U.S. ($150 or more shipping to Canada) with economy service get FREE shipping. More shipping information can be found here.

How will my order be shipped?
Though we use a variety of shipping methods, our two primary methods of shipping are United States Postal Service and UPS. The shipping method used for each order will be determined by several factors including the weight/size of your package, the type of package, and the shipping destination. I haven't received my order. What now?
Please review your shipping address on your order details to ensure all information is correct. For domestic orders with economy service, we can declare a package as lost or missing once it has been 30 days post shipment date. Please contact us once it has been 30 days post shipping date and we will file a lost package claim at that time.
